Application for Scholarships Applicants must not currently registered or in the learning process at each campus of the University of Phoenix online or in any program at any time prior to the date of the scholarship award. Applicants who apply after submitting the application or before the date of the scholarship awards are not eligible to be recipients of this scholarship. Applicants must meet all admission requirements of the University of Phoenix. Applicants do not have to be employees or family members of employees of Apollo Group, Inc., University of Phoenix, Western International University, Institute for Professional Development or another child of the Apollo Group, Inc.Application for Scholarships must submit a complete, signed application, along with all supporting documents on time limit listed in the Selection Process. Settlement of the application form does not create an obligation to award scholarships to applicants.Application for Scholarships must submit a completed essay as described in the Essay. High importance will be placed on the applicant's desire to get ahead in their education, with emphasis on continuing their careers, and their impact on the communities in which they are located.

With chapters across the United States, ALPFA create opportunities for its members to build relationships and develop leadership roles in the workplace and society. Through this scholarship program, ten (10) full tuition scholarships will be offered. Each Application for Scholarships will allow prospective students the opportunity to complete a master's degree program at University of Phoenix. Recipients can choose to attend the University of Phoenix campus on-land or to attend the University of Phoenix online.
